How to Enable Links Under Your YouTube Video
YouTube does not allow to add external links to your video description or comments unless you will complete verification process. Here is how to do it:
- Go to your YouTube Studio and upload video or edit existing one.
- Add link to external source in your video description, note notification message below description field.
- Hit the verification link read instruction and click Next button.
- Carefully read how to access advanced features and select one of existing radio buttons that fits you best.
- Click Next button and follow the verification steps.
- Once YouTube approves your request you will be able to post clickable external links.
